The council with the highest approval rate is City of London with 99.5%. The council with the lowest rate is Barking & Dagenham with 62.7%. In terms of residential planning applications, Boundary Fence is the type with the highest approval rating at 84.5%, and HMO is the lowest with 49.7%.
