We do not claim ownership of third-party data and provide it solely as part of our analysis. Some datasets may be incomplete or updated on different schedules by their publishers. We provide services on a reasonable endeavours basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

What we don't provide: We are not estate agents, mortgage brokers, or RICS surveyors. Our estimates are data-driven analysis, not professional valuations. Environmental and planning information are indicators based on available datasets, not verified checks. For property purchases or mortgages, obtain appropriate professional advice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HomeScoper website and services offered through it.

By accessing or using HomeScoper, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We analyse publicly available data of properties and areas to provide sold price comparables, market trends, and viewing guides. We do not guarantee real-time updates; some datasets may be incomplete, lag behind official publication, or be updated on different schedules by their publishers.

We're liable only for failure to provide the paid services you've paid for (Premium Report). If we fail to provide access to paid features, your sole remedy is a refund of fees paid. We're always liable for death, personal injury, or fraud (as required by law).

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our estimates (whether £1 or £1 million difference).

6. User conduct and prohibited activities

Users agree to acting within the spirit of the service including but not limited to:

• Not attempt to bypass the Platform's payment system.
• Arrive to scheduled appointments promptly/within a reasonable timeframe.

HomeScoper reserves the right to suspend or terminate Users engaging in activities stated above or anything not in line with the spirit of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as modified.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in the United Kingdom. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
