Transparency
HomeScoper combines public and licensed datasets to produce UK property reports. This page lists every source we use, the licence terms, the update frequency and the attribution we provide.
Sources include HM Land Registry (sold prices, transactions, title information), the EPC register for England and Wales, Ordnance Survey mapping, Police.uk crime data, Ofsted school inspection ratings, the Environment Agency for flood risk, the Valuation Office Agency for council tax bands, and local authority planning data.
Most data is provided under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We perform additional matching, enrichment and validation on top of the raw datasets to produce property profiles.
